Citizens Assisting Collin County Sheriff's Office (CACCSO) brings together graduates of the Collin County Sheriff's Office Citizens Academy to strengthen the relationship between the Sheriff's Office and the community through volunteer service.
Academy graduates are eligible to join CACCSO. The organization provides continuing support to the Sheriff's Office in a variety of areas.
How Members Serve
CACCSO members may assist with civic events, crime-watch meetings, school activities, and other community programs. Patrol Ride-Out opportunities give members a better understanding of the challenges deputies face in real-life conditions.
Meetings and Membership
CACCSO meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at the Collin County Sheriff's Office in McKinney, Texas.
